 We strive to empower those we serve to achieve self-sufficiency and improve their overall quality of life.

Since July 19, 1985 DLyfe has been serving our community in multiple states. We have grown and adapted over the years to meet the changing needs of our community, while remaining true to our core values of compassion, respect, and integrity.

 We provide personalized navigation, education and coaching, that addresses the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of well-being.   

Providing safe spaces where people can belong and acquire  support services and education.
